Automatic Film Cutter
Automatically cuts the film at the end of the cycle eliminating the need for the driver to leave the forklift and to bend over to cut the film. Saves time and reduces the chance of injury.
the A-Arm model has a unique method of attaching and cutting the film. Eliminate safety concerns associated with continuous bending over to attach and cut the film. If using forklifts, the operator remains on the lift and cycles the machine using a wireless remote. The labor savings alone can pay for the machine. REQUEST A PROPOSAL FOR OUR A-ARM MODEL (LP-SWA or HP-SWA).

AIR FLOW & PALLET LOCK:
AIR FLOW - film splitter – 20” – manual device to split a 20” roll of film into two (2) 10” wide webs, includes a manually adjustable roping device that “ropes” the film webs to the desired size before being applied to load.
AIR FLOW - film splitter – 30” – manual device to split a 30” roll of film into three (3) 10” wide webs, includes a manually adjustable roping device that “ropes” the film webs to the desired size before being applied to load. Includes OP30 30” film carriage option.
Pallet Lock Roping Device – the most effective method of securing the load to the pallet. Easily programmed using the standard Microprocessor and touchscreen to apply the roped or normal full web film for additional holding force where needed, air flow if required and to prevent film breakage on sharp product or pallet corners. AIR REQUIRED – includes a quiet, on-board air compressor.
Pallet Lock Roping Device – Deduction for NO AIR COMPRESSOR or on-board compressor electrical outlet to be supplied.
